“One of the reviews indicates that there is some safety feature that needed to be removed to run zoom? What is this? And is it difficult? I am looking at this for my kid to do online school and will probably need zoom. Thanks!”

Thank you for the question. We're not certain to what feature you refer, but it could be converting the operating system from Window 10 S mode (a secure, basic version) to Windows 10 Home (full version of Windows 10). This conversion is free and simple but non-reversible. We recommend that you review Zoom's system requirements.
