• Yes, but there's no sound hardware on this monitor. You'd be better off buying a small TV, instead.

• It comes with 2 HDMI inputs. I have not tried it, but my guess is that you should be able to easily connect your PS4 to it.

• Yes you can, it has 2 hdmi inputs on the back. You can hook up PS3/4 or other hdmi connected devices(roku,chromcast,etc)
