I'm not sure I understanding the question, but if you are asking about getting a touchscreen keyboard displayed on the monitor, yes, you can do that. There is a little keyboard icon displayed in Windows menu bar at the bottom of the screen. Touch that, and a touch screen keyboard pops up on the screen.
