• Call HP and they will assist you. You have to uninstall some installed software from your computer.

• Did you go into settings ?? Call HP for product support- I had a minor issue and a tech resolved my issue immediately

• Maybe you need to turn your volume up by using the volume key at the bottom of screen right hand corner. Mine works just fine i actually had to turn it down.

• This computer has a built in speaker.
