When my old computer stopped opening documents and spreadsheets, as well as crashing once a week, I finally looked into a new computer. This was the perfect choice - it's fast, compact (since there's no tower) and opens every document and spreadsheet. The only (minor) complaint I have is that the USB ports are on the back of the monitor so I have to turn it around to see them. But that's the only complaint so I still give it 5 stars.

The day I bought this, I shopped in my local Best Buy, made notes, wanted to see reviews at home- When I got home I saw that I had an email from Best Buy for a 4 Hour Flash Sale- THE PC I had looked at in the store was in the sale !! AND it was over $300 LESS- Needless to say I bought it online immediately- Set up was simple, and I downloaded Windows 10 as soon as I could- all in all with the 8GB memory and large hard drive, and a BIG screen, this PC is FAST (and quiet) A GREAT BUY even at regular price-

I was looking for a new computer, I never thought about an all in one, but I must say I am very surprised how well this one functions. I am not a big fan of the Windows 8.1 part, I don't like the tiles and have not yet downloaded Windows 10 yet. My old programs seem to be working ok, the only thing I do not care for is the CD drive, it's not automatic like a desktop and it seems like an after thought, also hard to load, also the position of the USB ports can be difficult to get to. Other than that it works very well, I REALLY like the idea that there is only see one wire so you can put it anywhere.

This PC was at bargain sale price that was too good to pass, it has very decent specs - nice processor - core i3, touch screen is responsive and beautiful, wireless keyboard and mouse are a plus! The only downside was that it came with windows 8.1. I had to spend around 3 hours to upgrade it to windows 10. After upgrade the sound stopped working, I had to research online to have it fixed. The initial setup hiccups and troubles is the main reason for giving it 4 star instead of 5. PC is super fast and very easy to operate, windows 10 is surprisingly neat, liked it a lot compared to windows 8.1. So overall happy with the purchase. Only issue is sometimes it doesn't recognize my home WIFI and has trouble connecting. It happened twice in the last 2 weeks, both time I restarted PC, it did some windows update and the WIFI connected fine. All in all, I am satisfied with it!!

This computer has just about every thing you'll need. Cd drive, plenty of space, fast speed, webcam, Windows 10, touch screen, etc! My only complaint was that when I called to ask Best Buy to price match, they refused and said it had to be within first week of purchase. That didn't line up with their return policy statement, but oh well. This computer is worth the bucks from what I can tell in this last month!

I love the all-in-one with no big box to stash. It's a little difficult to get the the USB ports. Touch screen is great for my husband; I'm so used to keyboard that I forget to touch. Easy set up. Easy update to windows 10. Still getting used to changes with apps, but very happy overall. And we got a great price!

Online purchase was easy, delivery was prompt. This is my first All-In-One computer and first touch screen. Setup was easy and I did not want to learn Windows 8.1, so I immediately upgraded the Windows software to Windows 10. The upgrade was a timely process, long time to download the Windows 10 upgrade file and install took time also, but it worked smoothly. Had some difficulty setting up user accounts the way I wanted them, but I was able to get multiple user accounts set up. I have used Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista. After only a couple of weeks with Windows 10, I am comfortable with the operating system. Glad I waited for Windows 10 before purchasing a new PC and really glad I purchased the All-In-One Computer. Only time will tell if this computer holds up well.

I had been avoiding Windows 8 and the all-in-ones for years, but I finally broke down and purchase this one. After comparing at other stores, Best Buy had the best price. We absolutely love the big screen, the ability to touch, and the video resolution is incredible. It was easy to setup and we were up and running right out of the box. The space we saved by getting rid of our old tower is amazing.

The 23" screen is wonderful and has beautiful clarity. This is my first all-in-one model and I appreciate the extra space on my desk and floor. This is also my first touch screen and I am getting used to that although the included wireless keyboard and mouse are useful too. My only frustration is the keyboard which has a different layout than other models for some keys (insert, delete, home, page up and page down) and it initially slowed me down until I could locate them without looking. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I am glad that I read the reviews before I bought this computer. I was not disappointed that's for sure. The processor is fast and the touchscreen is highly responsive. The graphics is beautiful. I use this computer for watching movies via Netflix and Amazon. My kids use it more than I do, actually. They are 3 and 4 years of age. To them this is like a giant iPad, with a disc drive. The keyboard is not used as much as a regular computer keyboard of course but I like the simplicity and feel of it. The mouse can be better, it's a bit annoying to use the right and left clicks, but that's a minor flaw. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

I am right. I finally got a nice all in one for a nice deal (400) in a 4 hour sale. I haven't had any problem with touch screen. I3 8Gb in Windows 10 works smooth. system was never slow. The Build quality is perfect. My Brother in law even told that it looks almost like I MAC and it does actually. I was searching to get a nice all in one for 6 months and i finally got it.

I got this All-in-1 for both general use at home and to work. Performance is wonderful. I love the touchscreen functionality. Windows 10 is pretty smooth, though I never had 8 to compare against. Display is crystal clear, and I do a lot of photography/photo editing, and couldn't be happier with this monitor. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

If you work from home or are a college student, this is good computer for you. 1 TB of storage and a decent amount of RAM for a mid-level PC. W/ the Windows 10 update, the interface is even easier to use but there are still some bugs to be worked out on the OS. But even so, you get what you pay for and this machine is a good value for the $.

I purchased this PC on a great sale, extremely happy with its buy! PC has great touch screen, beautiful colors! Screen size is big, it also have very effective sound - I can play songs on it and hear them through out my house (and volume is not even set to mid levels). PC is fast and responsive, overall very happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a computer that would do everything I needed and do it in a minimal space. The Hp Pavilion is perfect. There is plenty of memory, the processor is fast, and the display is large. Setting the computer up was effortless and upgrading to Windows 10 was a piece of cake. This is a fine computer for general use.

This was purchased for my 80 year old plus parents to replace an old HP desktop that was still using Vista. They use it primarily for games, photos and email so the i3 seems to work well enough for them. The touch screen is not as much of a plus as I had hoped it would be, but the Windows 10 Life at a Glance seems to be easy enough for them to navigate to and from. I think this was an excellent choice for them.

Great computer. Easy setup. Still learning windows 10, but that is separate from computer. Very fast processor. A lot of memory. Just a great computer. Love the screen saver pictures that were installed. Easy to navigate. Again, just a great computer. Price was reasonable. Able to do price match and save $100.

Received this machine on an excellent deal and well worth the money that I paid for it. Machine is fast and now with the Windows 10 update makes it more efficient. It has the look of the Mac, wished it had the build quality to tag along otherwise a solid built machine!

Bought this on the 4 hour deal for $399.00 but its such a great computer I would of paid the full price of $750.00 its our first all in one and love that it doesn't take up a lot of space, touch screen is so cool. Kids love it!!
