QuestionMild noise from hard driveI hear mild noise from hard drive all the time...like something is boiling...Very mild though...Its quite a while since I used a desktop... It makes sound like one I used probably 15 years ago. .Is this normal ? Or should the computer be quiet like a laptop ?

- Answer I have the same PC- quiet as can be- call HP for support- I had a minor issue and it was resolved by a tech immediately

- Answer Call HP and they will assist you. You have to uninstall some installed software from your computer.

QuestionWhere are the 6 usb ports located?Specs state there are 6 usb ports, 2 that 3.0, 4 that are 2.0. I see 4 usb ports behind the monitor. where are the other 2 located?

- Answer the 2 USB 3.0 are located just below the 4 USB 2.0 around the curve of the monitor, you cannot see them, need to lift the monitor above your eye level in order to see them.

QuestionVideo graphics is not clearWhen I play some videos and specially when I maximize the screen, the graphics are not clear or a bit pixelized. Is it the same for the others? Do I need to adjust anything?

- Answer First thing that I would do is call HP support- I had a minor issue and when I called they were great- I used a program that allowed the tech to run my PC remotely- he solved the issue quickly... IF you don't want to do that, go into settings and play around - BTW my screen is crystal clear and looks GREAT (I have the same PC....)
