First thing that I would do is call HP support- I had a minor issue and when I called they were great- I used a program that allowed the tech to run my PC remotely- he solved the issue quickly... IF you don't want to do that, go into settings and play around - BTW my screen is crystal clear and looks GREAT (I have the same PC....)
