“It’s supposed to have a built in phone charger and the sticker is there saying it does but when I plane my phone on it it’s not charging. Anyone know how to make it work?”

• if you have an iPhone, and it's the new one say12 or newer, the power consumption is a higher power then all old cell phones. so no, it won't charge !

• You need to turn it on or it will not work. Once activated, it is available even if your comp is turned off.
