“I tried all power settings and the mouse or keyboard does not wake up/ turn on computer. If monitor goes black I have to use power button to turn off then on for computer to work again. Is this how all in one desktops are?”

Apologies for the lateness in responding. All we have to do is move the mouse and the computer wakes up and we are good to go. We have two all-in-ones and have never had to turn off/on. You may want to check with Geek Squad for advice. Good luck!
