“Which model has the charging station at the base of the monitor? I was reading the reviews and one person stated they have the charging station at the base of their monitor that charges their phone while he's working. If not this one, which one is it?”

Model 7G9S0AA#ABA (best buy sku# 6532241) has the IQ charging pad. But when I got my computer the IQ charging pad was defaulted to the off position. I had to go into the settings and turn the induction pad on. I use it all the time to keep my cell phone charged up. This computer also has a Quick charge USB port on the right side edge of the computer if you would like to plug a charging cable for a device that you want to charge quickly. To turn the charging pad on press the OSD button found on the right side of the back of the computer. Select the menu icon to open the OSD menu. Select Power. Select Wireless Charging. Select On to enable wireless charging or Off to disable wireless charging.

Please try again later.Just bought HP - Pavilion 27" Full HD Touch-Screen All-in-One - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - and the base shows a sticker that has the charging station but when trying to use the button on the back to set-up/turn on the base power it will NOT hover over it to turn it on. Very dissapointed!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The wireless charging must be turned on to use. Push the OSD button found on the right side of the back of the computer. Right above the power button. It is larger than the power button and sticks out. In the menu, choose Power, then turn on the wireless charging and the USB fast charging. It will NOT charge if you have a magnet on the phone. You will see a flashing orange light. If it is charging, the orange light will be steady.
