Does this display tilt or is it 90 degrees? null

I have a desk that is allows me to stand up and the computer screen tilts so that as I raise my desk I can view by looking down or up to the screen in any time. By doing so I have Max flexibility and I'm not stuck looking at the screen for hours on end.
