Tips for anyone reading the answer from HP on how to enable wireless charging (it's supposed to come enabled, but mine didn't seem to be): the OSD (on screen display) button is accessed via the right side of the back of the computer, IF you're facing the front of the computer. I turned the computer around to look at the back in order to find the button and in that case, the button is on the left. Once you've got the OSD menu visible, you cannot navigate through the menu options with the mouse OR the touch screen; you must use the OSD button. Navigating was a little awkward, but I figured it out.

Press the OSD button found on the right side of the back of the computer. Select the menu icon to open the OSD menu. Select Power. Select Wireless Charging. Select On to enable wireless charging or Off to disable wireless charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried and was unsuccessful so I simply took it in and a geek squad member turned it on. I am not sure why they don't just do that when they are setting it up in the first place.
