Thank you for reaching out. The power source for the Pavilion 27-ca1244 is a 2-piece assembly. The power cord is HP# L19367-001 and the 150-watt adapter (the brick) is HP# L69323-001. If you reach out to Best Buy (Geek Squad), they will be able to order it for you. If you purchased your all-in-one less than one year ago, it (and the power cord) may still be under warranty.
