Please try again later.I just bought this computer and after being told by HP customer service that it should have included a transceiver in the box she suggested taking it back to Best Buy. Before taking back to Best Buy I called the Best Buy customer service line thinking maybe the transceiver was located elsewhere but they too thought that it should have been in the mouse so I did take it back to the store and reordered the same model. It came in yesterday and there was no transceiver in this box either. I am returning. I don't want a keyboard and mouse that work strictly through blue tooth (too unreliable).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have three HP none of them has USB trans-receiver but last HP I but the keyboard and the mouse did not work and they could not fix it so they take it back it’s problem with your computer you do not need USB trans-receiver
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no tranciever for keyboard and mouse. Additionally, there is no on/off switch on the keyboard. Only the mouse has one on the under side.
