Thank you for the question. The Pavilion 27-ca1244 All-in-One desktop does not have a built-in SD card reader, but you could connect an external reader. Port location: one USB-Type A port is on the right side of the unit, adjacent to the B & O logo. The balance of ports are on the rear. The screen can tilt backwards or forwards up to 10 degrees, there is no right-left pivot and the stand is not height adjustable.
