- Answer Do you have to download your old software to your new computer and then transfer all your files? It’s a pain in the butt but it will work. I had Microsoft do it for me Best Buy transfer the files, but Microsoft said everything up.

- Answer Hello, Karen. Thanks for your question. Yes, this HP Pavilion 27-ca1244 all-in-one computer has 1 HDMI in port and 1 HDMI out port. The HDMI in port would allow you to connect a laptop to use the all-in-one computer as a monitor. The laptop would need an HDMI port. The HDMI out port would allow you to connect this computer to a TV or monitor that also has an HDMI port. You will be able to extend your display to the TV or monitor with a different screen. In other words, you can use the TV or monitor as a 2nd display. Or you can duplicate (or mirror) your screen to the TV or monitor. - Answer This model does not have a disk drive. Most computers will not come with a disk drive anymore. But you can use an external USB disk drive. They are plug and play and easy to use.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The Pavilion 27-ca1244 All-in-One desktop does not have a built-in SD card reader, but you could connect an external reader. Port location: one USB-Type A port is on the right side of the unit, adjacent to the B & O logo. The balance of ports are on the rear. The screen can tilt backwards or forwards up to 10 degrees, there is no right-left pivot and the stand is not height adjustable.
