QuestionI bought an HP all-in-one. I didn't realize it doesn't come with a battery backup. I frequently use this in different rooms. Without a battery backup, the unit shuts down when unplug. What can I do to keep it from shutting down until I can re-plug it?

- Answer Thank you for the question. Unlike a laptop, a desktop computer requires a constant electrical connection to function - there is no battery. It must be connected to power at all times.

- Answer You would want to look at the system requirements for it from the developer's websites. Updates can change the requirements which can affect which settings you can run these games on or if you can run them at all. Cloud options might be available which would have lower requirements, but you would still have to look at the developer's site for the Cloud software you might use.

- Answer Hi Jon, thank you for the question. Memory is upgraded by disassembling the PC, removing the existing RAM stick(s) from the slot, installing new RAM, and reassembling the PC. These are very simplified instructions, and you can complete them as a DIY project or enlist the aid of a professional technician (Geek Squad). This 27-d0244 has two slots, one of them occupied by 16GB. The RAM can be increased up to 32GB.
