Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello David, this is a great purchase you made! Yes, this has a webcam and it is able to host video conferencing calls. The webcam has a new security feature which is for hiding away. You need to push down on the camera located in the top center of the screen. It will engage upwards and then you will see your video camera enable. All video conferencing calls give you the ability to check to make sure your camera is on prior to entering the conference room as well as you can type "camera" into the Windows search bar and you will open up the camera app and can test it from there prior to the call.
