It comes with a wall mount bracket. Not necessarily the whole mount lot.

It will attach to a VESA compliant wall mount bracket or arm and to the back of the monitor so that you can use an adjustable- or a fixed-mount. It is not likely intended to be used by itself, but it looks like one of the answerers here did this - so... might work that way, too!
