“Is there supposed to be software included with these monitors? It says so under the "What's included" column on Best Buy. I just bought 2 monitors and neither came with software.”

It probably refers to the built-in display imaging software, for adjusting your color, contrast and more. Typically our monitors don't come with external software.

I have seen monitors come with software in the past, but never has such software been required for operation. When I have seen software come with monitors it has always been software for calibration as would be used in situations like professional desktop publishing and photo studios. I use this monitor for work and gaming and it has been working wonderfully.
