• It is and yes. It comes with a bracket to mount onto the back and it's up to you to buy a wall mount.

• Yes you can.There is a separate visa bracket included.It does mount a little lower from center, which could cause fitment issues with aftermarket monitor brackets,leaving it higher than desired. Mounting to a wall should be no problem.
