Short answer NO. Sorry friend this monitor accepts display port and two HDMI your PC only outpus via DVI and VGA...

Assuming you meant to type "monitor", it's not compatible with your computer right out of the box. Your computer has only VGA and DVI-D connectors, whereas this monitor has HDMI and DisplayPort.
