• No it cannot, I haven’t come across any possibilities for that to be capable.

• This HP Pavilion 32 QHD 32-inch monitor does not have the picture in picture feature. If you have Windows 7 or higher, you can display two windows (or more) side by side on the monitor. Here are some instructions for Windows 10: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-snap-assist-windows-10-0
