I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEW COMPUTER THAT WOULD GO TO SLEEP AN THEN PULL A REP VAN WINKLE AND YOU COULDN'T WAKE IT UP AGAIN. THE LOCAL GEEK SQUAD COULDN'T FIND ANY REASON SO WE SENT THE UNIT BACK TO HP AND I NOW HAVE A NEW REPLACEMENT THAT WORKS FINE.
