“Why is BestBuy not replacing defective HP Computers? Apparently there are a few HP Pavillion's that leaked out the factory, why cannot they be replaced and the defective ones be sent back to the factory? HP needs to keep their reputation up.”

• I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEW COMPUTER THAT WOULD GO TO SLEEP AN THEN PULL A REP VAN WINKLE AND YOU COULDN'T WAKE IT UP AGAIN. THE LOCAL GEEK SQUAD COULDN'T FIND ANY REASON SO WE SENT THE UNIT BACK TO HP AND I NOW HAVE A NEW REPLACEMENT THAT WORKS FINE.
