- Answer The numbers lock key should be where it normally is located on a keyboard, which is above the 7 on the numeric keypad on the right. Thanks!

QuestionWhy is BestBuy not replacing defective HP Computers?Apparently there are a few HP Pavillion's that leaked out the factory, why cannot they be replaced and the defective ones be sent back to the factory? HP needs to keep their reputation up.

- Answer I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEW COMPUTER THAT WOULD GO TO SLEEP AN THEN PULL A REP VAN WINKLE AND YOU COULDN'T WAKE IT UP AGAIN. THE LOCAL GEEK SQUAD COULDN'T FIND ANY REASON SO WE SENT THE UNIT BACK TO HP AND I NOW HAVE A NEW REPLACEMENT THAT WORKS FINE.

- Answer You'll need to download a ISO file from a site like Ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com/download) and boot from the CD-ROM. You'll need to choose which flavor of Ubuntu you wish to load, download the ISO image, burn it to DVD and boot from it. It will destroy your Windows OS partition and overlay it with Linux. If you are not comfortable with this procedure, you'll need to hire a local expert to assist you.
