It comes with Windows eight. It is easy to use. I have a laptop with Windows eight and I don't like it very well. It's harder to use. I am not sure why.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this product is not available with Windows 7. I tried to get one configured with Windows 7 since I do NOT like Windows 8, and unfortunately Best Buy no longer sells any desktop computers with Windows 7.

Please try again later.I had the same question and when I asked the fellows at Best Buy I was told a resounding NO.. however the Geek Squad fixed it up to look a lot like Windows 7.. Can the average computer person do that? I really don't know as I am very technology challenged
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The HP Pavilion Desktop AMD A8-Series Desktop is not available with Windows 7. Microsoft no longer sell Window 7 licenses to manufactures, so the only available Windows 7 PCs are unsold units in inventory.
