If the TV has a VGA port (non-HDMI port that monitors use to hook to computers), then it is able to. Otherwise, no, because it does not have an HDMI port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can get use a VGA - HDMI cable from computer to TV to get video only since the VGA output carries only the video. You will need to run a wire for the audio out jack to a set of powered computer speakers to get audio. I had to do this in the old days before motherboards had HDMI out. I still run an HDMI from my computer to my 46" monitor and use the best Altec Lansing speakers from yesteryear. TV's don't have the best sound to pump up the volume but with the Altec Lansings the neighbors still call the PO PO when I'm jamming. Altec Lansing quit making 75 watt computer speakers a long time ago. I gave $179 for their high end brand but it appears they are focusing on the lower price point, lower quality speaks these days.
