“In the specs of the 590-p0054 it says it supports in 64bit up to 32gb (2x16gb sticks) or 16gb in 64bit (2x8gb sticks). A member of HP team posted that it only supports up to 8gb. Can someone clarify for me? Don't wanna get stuck with a stick I cant use.”

This computers motherboard supports up to 32GB, however it has not been tested in this system so you may need to verify the PSU can handle the additional power draw.
