“I just bought this desktop, and bought 2 Samsung monitors. One of the monitors are connected by HDMI the other by VGA cable. I am not getting sound. Can you help me resolve this issue.”

Check to confirm that your monitors have speakers built in, many do not. Also, VGA will not carry sound. HDMI can carry sound, but does not for most monitors.
