How do I order a replacement power cord? null

Any store that sells computers and externals, like Best Buys, will carry them. If you were anywhere near Castro Valley, CA, I'd give you one of mine - I have at least a half-dozen extras. You might also check with whoever you bought it from - they also might just give you one.

It looks like the power cord isn't available through Best Buy, so the easiest way would be to contact HP Support at https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp . Alternatively, you can reach them by phone at 1-800-474-6836.
