“Severe latency/delay (video/audio) when I bluetooth’d this HP with an Echo dot (3rd gen) and JBL Charge 2! Updated all drivers, BIOS, and had HP tech log in and give it a shot and they could not fix. Any idea why I cant get this thing sync w/video?”

I had zero video/audio delay issues I paired both the Echo Dot and JBL Charge 2 to the Dell Inspiron. Video and Audio synced perfectly with the Dell. I sat the Echo Dot right on top of the HP case. Cannot get any closer than that and the video and audio still out of sync. HP tech said something about frequency. Doesnt sound right.

Searching the JBL Charge 2 I see it is also a common occurrence. I know my cars bluetooth system does the same thing but I do not have the issue connecting my same phone to something like a bluetooth headset.
