“Windows 10 is not as user friendly as Windows 8 and I would like to know if there is a place to download a manual with instructions. The instructions that I had pulled off line don't coincide with my new computer's capabilities evidently.”

Windows 10 is ever evolving and improving. I would check with your local Best Buy. They typically offer classes on running Windows 10.
