Yes it has all the connections on rear of unit

Yes, this desktop can easily allow two monitors!

It would all depend on how you connect your monitors. Since the desktop has VGA and HDMI out, you could technically connect 2 monitors. If one monitor accepts VGA and the other accepts HDMI.
