How to get the mouse and keyboard to work? null

well, I tried the cordless mouse and keyboard, it seemed to bounce on and off, so I simply ended up using plugins for both the mouse and keyboard. It was very frustrating when in the middle of something and they stopped responding. Yes, I did the obvious and checked the batteries.

They should work when connected via USB. If you are having issues I recommend reaching out to HP support or Best Buys Geek Squad.
