No, this PC does not have a speaker included.

Interesting question.... Short answer is "maybe not" because the tower unit has an output port for sound. The tower unit definitely has built-in sound circuitry but the purchase does not include a monitor or anything else. So depending on how the user connects the unit to the outside world... HDMI? DVI-I, or VGA? and depending on how capable the monitor is, the user may or may not need a speaker. Remember many monitors have built-in speakers and HDMI carries both video and sound signals.
