How many hard drive can be installed in the pc? null

I was also told I could install a second hard drive. After purchasing it I was then told I couldn't. This computer replaced my HP Envy. They told me this computer would be faster and similar to the Envy. They sold me SATA wire to transfer information from my old hard drive and it wouldn't work. I had to pay to have the Geek Squad transfer information, only to find out my old hard drive had a 2 TB memory and I'd used 1 TB on it. This computer's memory wasn't big enough. So I purchased an external hard drive for the information of the old one. They said it would allow me to transfer all the information I needed and I could just leave the extra information (pictures, videos etc) on the external. Now I can see where the pictures, videos, etc are on there, but I can't access them. I wish I'd just purchased a new OS and looked elsewhere for a new computer.
