The 595-p0074 features a solid state drive, whereas the 590-p0053w features Intel Optane memory. Optane memory is used as a flash storage accelerator, aimed at increasing the performance and efficiency of the hard drive, but it is not as fast or efficient as a solid state. Between the two, the 595-p0074 is a better value long term.
