“I am unable to get autoplay to work (new out of the box). I changed all the settings in the autoplay app & the control panel. Autoplay still wont work. (CD, Microsoft office software disk).I installed updates. Did anyone else have such issue? Solution?”

• I am having the same issue when trying to connect my Android phone to transfer pictures to the HP. I have reached out to HP who thinks it is an issue with the phone. I changed out the phone and it still doesn't connect consistently to transfer.

• I would reach out to the HP support team to troubleshoot that. I am assuming it works when you open the file manager to manually open the discs content.
