Yes, the computer will support a touch screen monitor.

I think windows 10 supports that not the computer. Connect one end of the 15-pin VGA signal cable to the VGA connector on the back of the monitor, and connect the other end to the computer VGA port. For digital operation, use the DVI-D cable. Connect one end of the 24-pin DVI cable to the back of the monitor and connect the other end to the computer DVI port.
