Yes, it contains a Realtek RTL8821CE WiFi/Bluetooth module in one of the two M.2 slots. Works well in Windows 10. For Linux in 2019, this module does not yet have mainline kernel support, so you need to manually install a driver to get WiFi working, or else use the Ethernet connection.

Yes per the specs it supports AC which pretty much covers it all. From the web page: Next-generation wireless connectivity Connects to your network or hotspots on all current Wi-Fi standards. Connect to a Wireless-AC router for speed nearly 3x faster than Wireless-N. Gigabit LAN port also plugs into wired networks.
