I don't care much about video. I want to use this PC for audio recording. Will it work okay with Audacity?

From what I read, the processor is plenty for video editing. The issue arrises with the power supply unit, graphics card, and hard drive. They need upgrades, probably double the PSU, upgrade the GC to something like Nvidia GeForce 1550, and add a TB hard drive internally. Not a computer dude, but judging from the Q&A, this is what they would say.
