A:AnswerYes. You have a standard type-a USB port on the side with which you could plug in a printer.
Given the mobile nature of the device, I'd recommend a WIFI enabled printer. Every brand offers these now. Most brands of printers offer cloud printing as well. I use Google Cloud print with the Samsung Laser printer. This allows me to use my printer anywhere I am at and have printouts waiting on me at home.
Of course, on my home wifi, I can just print directly to the printer.
So yes: You can plug in a printer but you should just get a wifi enabled printer and save yourself the hassle.
A:AnswerThere is no integrated cellular radio in the device. It would work well with a mobile hotspot. Just get one of those. They're way more convenient and if you have kids in the car with wifi only tablets on a long car trip, it may save your sanity.
There is a standard USB slot on the side as well so you could plug in a USB cellular adapter. I wouldn't do that though. Get a hotspot or a different device with a cellular radio integrated (think iPad or Android Tablet).
A:AnswerWindows 10 has an integrated virtual keyboard. Can YOU use it to do office work without the keyboard attached to the tablet? No one can legitimately answer that question for you. We don't know your existing typing skills, we don't know the type of work that you do.
That being said, yes could use the keyboard to type in a few words to accomplish a task. Would you use the virtual keyboard on a phone, iPad, Tablet, etc to type a multi-page document? 99% of the world would say, "No, give me a physical keyboard".
A:AnswerYes. It has a standard USB type A plug (rectangle).
It also has a USB type C port which you use to charge the device (but in the future will be able to plug in other type C USB devices).
