“network extender compatibility I have Wireless AC Modem/Router,and i was wondering if a Netgear Wireless AC Extender would help with signal in my house?My computer is in upper level,and Modem/Router is in lower level living room.I,m hoping this works.is this a possibility?will it improve video/loading of sites?...thank you”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not exactly certain of your situation but will share mine and hope it helps. I have a cinder block home with concrete walls so my signal has a difficult time getting to the other end of my home. The first thing I did was upgrade my router from the cheapest model to one that was around $180 and that helped a little. Next I got an extender and that solved my problem. Now I can work in the far end of my home with minimal drops in service. I do still have my signal drop from time to time but nothing like it used to be.
