• I have Adobe CS6 installed and have had no issues with any of the programs. I did have to purchase an external DVD drive to install.

• You should be able to install Photoshop as long as you get the computer out of S Mode (app only mode). As for if it's good for graphic design is a subjective question. The size of the screen is fairly small to work on anything of value. The screen resolution is only 1366x768. I'd say get a computer with a larger screen and more resolution, like 1920x1080 or even 4K if you can afford it.
