• This computer does not have a GPU which is what would be useful when doing intense video, photo editing as well as playing games. I am sure you would be able to play fortnite on the lowest settings but it would not be near as good or as high an FPS as it would be on a gaming computer.

• Yes, I'm an art student and I use it for all my Adobe programs. I'm not sure about Fortnite as I do not play it haha.
