- Answer School work is all I do on my computer. I love it because you can have a lot of stuff open and it doesnt slow down or freak out. I let my daughter watch Netflix on it too so haven't had any problems. It's the best computer I've ever bought so far

- Answer You could add up to 16gb of RAM to this computer. Alternatively the SSD can be upgraded as well to any size you would like.

- Answer This computer comes with Windows 10 Home. You can expand the memory but it requires quite a bit of disassembly. For the return policy I recommend reaching out to the Best Buy Customer Service team.
