Is the body metal or plastic? null

I just purchased the HP 14"cd1100ng x360 pavilion (gotten it on the 20190316), its plastic all around, the painting comes off with the smallest grain of dust (1st scratch on it within 20mins of unboxing) so ... if u want a more durable notebook (surface) u better choose a different model or manufacturer or add a painting/cover on ur own.

It has a plastic body on all sides, but is very durable. The only thing is, when switching from Laptop to Tablet it's a bit hard to be able to position it right and you have to be careful not to drop it. I am currently looking for 'cases' or keyboard covers but have not found any legit ones yet... since once it converts into tablet and you set it flat on a surface, basically the keyboard is the "bottom" of the whole unit then.
