is the 8gb RAM upgradeable ? if so how much ? null

There always seems to be so much confusion when it come to upgrading RAM on the HP convertibles. Two different HP team members gave 2 different answers. I just ran the model number through Mr. Memory.com and Crucial.com. Both websites said that this model was not able to upgrade the RAM. I would like to purchase this but I do not know what to believe. I would think the HP guys would know more than anyone but they gave different answers.

The why does it say ungradeable on crucial.com when you enter the model number 14m-dw1033dx? You give conflicting info...

Yes, the RAM on this laptop can be upgraded up to 16 GB.
