“Does the USB-C port have power delivery and/or display port capabilities? From the pictures it has the lightning logo, but in the specs it doesn't say it is a thunderbolt port. In the other photo it just says "super speed USB-C."”

The USB-C port is not Thunderbolt. It does not support power delivery and I don't think it has DisplayPort capabilities. SuperSpeed USB is another name for USB 3.1 Gen 2.
