• Hello Professor and thank you for asking. The HP EliteDesk 800 G4 (Refurbished) is configured for DisplayPort 1.2 video output only. Any size monitor that can use DisplayPort (or HDMI with an adapter, sold separately) will work.

• If it's a standard VGA port (15 pin), then yes it has a VGA port. It also has a Display Port. It doesn't have a HMDI port. You can purchase an adaptor cable to connect a HDMI cable to a Display Port.
